Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of merchandise. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours. Eligible items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and retain their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
Shipping fees will be charged only once (including return shipping); consumers will not incur any restocking fees for returns.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. At the same time, we will inform you of the approval status for your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Cancellation Conditions: Orders may be canceled without any restrictions provided the cancellation request is submitted before the item's shipping date and falls within the aforementioned 7-day cancellation window. No cancellation fees will be charged.
Merchant Processing Timeframe: After you place your order, we will complete order verification, inventory checks, and shipping preparations within 1-3 business days (processing times for pre-sale or custom items will be separately noted on the product details page; please take note). If your order status has not updated after 3 business days, you may contact customer service at any time to inquire about the progress.

Default Refund Method: Funds will be returned via the original payment channel (e.g., WeChat/Alipay [Cash/Linked Card], bank card, PayPal).
Special Requests: You may request a transfer to store credit (no expiration date) by contacting customer service.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
